I am a first-generation migrant, immigrated from Small village of the Indian state of Gujarat named Kanodar in Feb 2005 & proud Gujarati. We are a small family of 3 including my wife Shabnam (CA India & Aus) & our son Sameer and we live in Western Sydney suburb of Blacktown.

I am a professional practising Finance Adviser/Consultant & a Justice of the Peace in & for the state of NSW. I consider myself as one of the success stories of the Gujarati community having achieved & also helped so many fellow Gujaratis to achieve financial independence & success in Australia. Achieving success is never enough for me I am always passionate about guiding friends & families to achieve the same.

My mother was a school teacher, so the teaching was engraved in me from birth.

However, I did not follow the footsteps of my mother but always had a passion for teaching & learning. I am very passionate about Gujarati Language & inherently proud of its rich literary culture & heritage. I would like to be a part of the community & do everything that I can to promote Gujarati Language & Culture. So being a member of the Parent & Teacher Committee of ORA Gujarati Grammar School was a big honour for me & I am very humbled by the opportunity provided by Viralbhai & Pinalbhai.
